I’m 24 Hours into Caffeine Withdrawal

The headache I am going through right now is something else.

That’s the price I knew that I would pay when I decide to cold turkey myself off of caffeine. It was something that I could see coming from a mile away.

Still, even writing this provides a nice distraction from the buzzing gnat that is the dull pain of the caffeine withdrawal.

This isn’t the first time that I have attempted to get myself off of caffeine, I did it for an entire week once before, but I want to give it a go again.

Why Bother Getting Off of Caffeine?

There isn’t a singular reason why I have made the choice to get myself off of caffeine.

Instead, I find that there are two main reasons why I am kicking coffee (and caffeinated soft drinks, energy drinks, etc.) to the curb.

Those reasons are:

  • Better Sleep — There is nothing better than waking up feeling refreshed after a good night’s sleep, and that is what I think getting off of caffeine can mean…
