When the police are out directing traffic, it is generally a good idea to follow their instructions.

Don’t tell that to Scottie Scheffler though as he allegedly ignored instructions given by police as they tried to direct traffic.

Worse yet, the police were out directing traffic because there had just been a fatal automobile accident involving a pedestrian near the Valhalla Golf Club where the PGA Championship is being played.

In fact, that’s the reason why Scottie Scheffler was in the area.

He is playing in the PGA Championship!

Despite this (or perhaps because of it), he allegedly ignored the instructions given by police as they tried to direct traffic.

According to eyewitnesses Scheffler decided to drive on the median of the road to try to get around the way that the police were directing traffic.

Now, I know that your tee time is a very specific thing, but I also say that there is no excuse for trying to get around everyone following a fatal accident.

Scheffler is a Top Golfer
