There is a serious housing crisis brewing out there, and we are all asleep at the wheel.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we have a serious housing crisis on our hands.

You have probably already noticed this in your local area. If not, your eyes aren’t open.

Housing prices in the United States (and beyond) have gone through the roof!

It seems to me that we aren’t far off from having a crisis so bad that we can’t simply bury our heads in the sand and pretend it isn’t happening.

The median sales price for a home in April 2024 was $433,500 according to Census data.

Personally, that number is mind-numbingly high if you ask me, and yet, there still isn’t enough urgency to address this issue.
